Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani Movie Story: 

It was clear from the trailer of the film that this film is the love story of Rocky Randhawa (Ranveer Singh) and Rani Chatterjee (Alia Bhatt). Rocky, belongs to a Punjabi family and has had a lot of fun in life and has taken advantage of all the luxurious things according to him, however despite all this he is good at heart and loves everyone. 

On the other hand, Rani is completely different from Rocky’s personality, educated, independent, and a strong woman who talks about right and wrong. Rani works as a news anchor. Rocky and Rani’s destiny now collides when Rocky learns that his elder father Kavaljit Lund (Dharmendra) is in love with someone named Jamini. 

Now that Kavaljeet is in a wheelchair after an accident and his memory keeps coming in and out, Rocky tries to find Jamini, as the doctors give him hope that this could cure him. In his quest to find Jamini, he meets Rani. Now Jamini is Rani’s maternal grandmother. 

Rocky and Rani try to unite them, but this does not happen because of Dhanalakshmi (Jaya Bachchan). Dhanalakshmi sees things in her own way and she has inculcated the same thinking in her son. The story moves forward and Rocky and Rani fall in love, now since the families of both are completely different, a plan is made that both will stay at each other’s place for three months each so that they can understand the families. Now whether the two get married or not, what troubles come between the two, whether Jamini and Kavaljeet meet, and whether there is any other drama, you will have to watch the film for all this.

Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani Movie Analysis:

There are a lot of special things in the film, which we start with the dialogue. The dialogues of the film are brilliantly written and especially when Ranveer Singh delivers them, it is a delight. The music of the film is good and each song has its own vibe. Not only the music but the background score is also good, which supports the story. There are many scenes in the film, writing about which would be a spoiler, but they give a lot of fun and the laughter does not stop. 

At the same time, many scenes try to remove the old cobwebs of the mind. With the help of Ranveer Singh’s character, Karan Johar has tried to show a mirror to the so-called men of society, who consider masculinity to show off and suppress women. The way Dharmendra and Shabana’s romance is woven into old songs in the film, it looks beautiful and the people present in the theater also start humming. 

The locations and shooting sets of the film are good. On the other hand, the film’s camerawork, editing, etc. are all normal and nothing can be called very different. In a scene at the end of the film, Ranveer Singh seems to forget his character and starts talking in pure Hindi leaving the Punjabi accent. In the rest of the film, there is one more thing that is a bit jarring, but this is also Karan Johar’s style how every character in the film is a human being with some talent or the other, some know how to sing, some are trade experts. 

That’s how everyone’s dreams are unfulfilled. However, as a viewer, this thing will not bother me. Also, not every gym goer or bodybuilder is a walker with a brain, as Rocky and his friend Vicky are mostly shown. Not only this, but some people may also object to the film that it seems to support extra-marital affairs and gives suggestions like living in another family’s house without marriage. However, it can also be understood that fire is a good servant but a bad master.

Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani Movie Actors Performance: 

Each and every artist of ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ fit their respective roles perfectly. Ranveer Singh is the life of this film and the way he is seen living his character, one feels that this character has been written for him and no one can play it better than him. From accent to body language, Ranveer Singh has done a stellar job in the film and reminds us of Bittu Sharma from ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’. 

After Rocky, Alia Bhatt has appeared in the role of Rani and she has also done a good job. Alia is an amazing actress and she has shown the magic of her strong performance in many films, although this time she looks a bit pale in front of Ranveer, she manages to win hearts. After these two, if we talk about Dharmendra, his screen presence has been very less, but as long as he stays, he remains tied. 

Be it his romance with Shabana Azmi or learning about his family, Dharmendra has shown the new generation why he is called a legend. Not only Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan has also proved the same thing, as an actor, his small expressions for the character are seen to be alive. At the same time, Shabana has also been seen making a strong screen presence. If we talk about directing, then leaving the story of ‘Lust Stories’ or ‘Ghost Stories’, Karan Johar’s work as an audience was shown on the big screen earlier in the film ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. 

After 2016, now Karan Johar has made a comeback in 2023 and it is a good comeback. The film is a typical Karan Johar film, where everything is lavish, colorful, and full of masala. It would not be wrong to say that Karan has not done anything new as a director but his magic is visible, which feels good.

Watch Or Not: On the whole ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ is one movie that you can enjoy with the whole family. This film not only entertains but also secretly gives a social message about relationships, which does not seem burdensome or boring. Hidimba Movie Review: Ashwin Babu, who made his film debut as anchor Omkar’s younger brother, failed to get a proper hit after getting a good hit with a movie like Raju Gari Gadhi. This time he is coming to the audience with a movie called Hidimba along with director Anil Kanneganti who wants to get a hit no matter what. Actually, this movie was supposed to be released on the 20th i.e. tomorrow but special premieres were not only shown to the media but also special premieres were organized in many areas for the Telugu audience with faith in the movie. 

Apart from that, the trailer of this movie has increased everyone’s interest. Also, a new concept called reverse trailer has been introduced and expectations have been raised about the movie. But how is this movie? Did it meet the audience’s expectations? Or? Let’s see it in the movie review

Hidimba Movie Story:

Girls are being kidnapped in Hyderabad. Inspector Abhay (Ashwin Babu), who is investigating the case, is unable to fully solve the case, and Adya (Nandita Shweta), who has committed a similar case in Kerala, is brought to the city. Together, the two work to figure out how the missing girls are missing. Suspicious of a man named Boya, Abhay enters the hostile Boya Adda. He saves some girls there. 

However, only one girl among the missing girls is there, as the identity of the others is not known, so it is clear that Boya is not the one behind these kidnappings. While investigating this kidnapping case, an unexpected clue to the murder is found. In this background, the story shifts to Kerala. Did you find out who is doing the kidnapping of Abhay and Adya who went to Kerala? Who is really kidnapping the girls? What is everyone doing to the girls who are being kidnapped? Hidimba actually? What does that mean? If you want to know the details, you have to watch this movie.

Hidimba Movie Analysis:

Generally, suspense thrillers or horror thrillers are not only Telugu audiences but audiences of all languages show interest. Movie lovers have the mentality of wanting to enjoy the whole movie while being scared on the other side. This movie is also made with a horror thriller concept. The film goes on like this: the girls go missing in the city, the case is investigated by the former lovers who broke up, and then the story shifts to Kerala. 

In fact, the director seems to have planned and chosen a non-linear concept so that the audience does not understand who is doing the kidnappings. If one scene is played in flashback then the next scene is shown to be happening in the present time. It does not mean that the editor is wrong in this matter or that he wrote the screenplay to be a director. In fact, it also seems that this is a movie that sharpens the audience’s brain. But in some places, the audience can sense the scenes that are going to happen. 

How are the actual kidnappings? In order to find out, the director dragged them till the interval to catch a small clue behind them. The pace of the movie increases in the second half. Clues keep popping up right away, but it feels a bit clunky. It would have been better if the director had focused more on the screenplay while writing the story. 

There is no doubt that if the screenplay was racy, the outcome of the film would have been on another level. Also, although there are many characters in the movie, it seems that none of them are fully utilized. The twist in the climax of the second half will shock everyone. But some people guess but it is difficult to fully predict the climax. The second half is a plus point for the whole movie. This is a must-watch movie for all those who love thriller movies.

Hidimba Movie Actors Performance:

Compared to the previous films, Ashwin Babu’s performance in this film has improved. He has also tuned his body well in the role of a police officer. He has tuned his body to suit the role of a police officer. Nandita Shweta also acted in a role similar to the hero and felt that she had done a good film in her career. Her role is similar to that of the hero. 

But Makarand Desh Pandey, who played a key role, acted in a range. It is no exaggeration to say that he lived rather than acted. Makarand Deshpande’s character brings tears to his eyes while watching. Sanjay, Raghu Kunche, Srinivasa Reddy, and Vidyullekha Raman who acted in the other roles acted according to the scope of their roles. But comedians like Srinivasa Reddy and Vidyullekha Raman could not do comedy for some reason. I thought it would be better to create a comedy track for them.

Hidimba Movie Technical Department:

When it comes to the technical department, the storyline chosen by director Anil Kanneganti is very good, but he is a bit hesitant in bringing it to the audience. If this movie is brought to the audience by taking care of the screen and paying more attention to the editing, the result will be different. The background score brings life to the entire film. In some scenes, the BGM will send shivers down your spine. The cinematography also serves to elevate the movie very well. Art director Sharmila Elishetti’s work is seen in every frame.

We all know that Tamil Nadu heroes have a good craze in our Tollywood. Even if Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Suriya, and Vijay are not in the range, Siva Karthikeyan is the heroine who is well known to the Telugu Desam audience. Films like Doctor and Don in which he played the hero were dubbed in Telugu and received good success. 

Since then, a large market has been created for his films in Tollywood. His latest movie ‘Mahaveerudu’ has been released worldwide in Telugu and Tamil languages. Now we are going to see in this review whether this movie impressed the audience or not.

Mahaveerudu Movie Story:

Satya (Shiva Karthikeyan) hails from Vizag and works as a cartoonist for a leading daily. By nature, Satya is very shy, mother behind child Annamata. He lives a very normal life with his mother (Sarita) and sister Raji (Manisha Blesli). However, Minister Jayasimha (Miskin) demolishes their own houses where they have been living for many years and forcibly sends them to apartments built by the government. 

But every day there is a problem in this apartment which is built with very poor quality. These apartments are going to collapse. On the other hand, Minister Jaya Simha is doing illegalities and injustices on the premises of these same apartments. Satya’s mother, who cannot tolerate any small injustice, burns with rage at these injustices. Then why did Satya control her? What is the relationship between Jayasimha and his father’s death? The rest is the story.

Mahaveerudu Movie Analysis:

It will be correct if the screenplay is written according to the genre of some stories. If you put comedy in a story that should be serious, it will be annoying..? Exactly the same happened in the case of this movie. The entire first half was a fun workout. Yogi Babu’s comedy is the highlight of this movie. But the second half is not as interesting as the first half. The graph decreases for each scene. 

Director Madonne Ashwin has made many emotional scenes with laughter. Demolition of own house is very painful for a middle-class family. The director could not portray that pain on the silver screen. Due to the lack of guts in the story, the roles of the rest of the artists except the roles of Siva Karthikeyan and Yogi Babu have faded away. Technically this film is not great either. 

The documents of Aditi Shankar as the heroine and Sunil as the villain are also limited. Apart from that, Ravi Teja’s voice-over by Akashvani is not very connective. The background music provided by Bharat Shankar was fine but the songs were not good at all. With a blockbuster first half and a below-average second half, this Maha Veerudu movie stands as an overall average movie.

Last word:

Those who love Siva Karthikeyan’s brand of comedy can watch this movie once time pass. People who don’t like routine movies may stay away from this movie.

Last year dubbed films like Kantara release 2018 received good results in Telugu. Ma Mannan, which was a success in Tamil, was translated into Telugu. The film is titled Nayakaya by Suresh Productions, Asian Movie House. The film was brought to the audience today.

Nayakudu Movie Story:

Thimmaraju (Vadivelu) is an MLA from a backward caste. His son Raghuveera (Udhayanidhi Stalin) who lost his friends at an early age and died due to caste discrimination, is angry at the injustice done to him but his father could not do anything. Neither of them spoke for 15 years. In that order, Ratnavelu (Pahad Faasil) who is an MLA in his party, faces discrimination from his family. 

Veer accidentally has a fight with Ratna Velu’s Anna. Thimmaraju went to the family to solve the problem and was humiliated there. With this, Raghuveera turns on Ratnavelu. The quarrel became big and Ratna Velu vowed to kill both the father and the sons. What happened after that? The rest of the story is how the sons of this father got the upper hand on Ratnavelu.

Nayakudu Movie Analysis:

Tamil Nadu is one of the states in South India where caste opposition is strong. There is a centuries-old history of discrimination and atrocities against Dalits. Although the situation has improved somewhat in the past decades, the atrocities still occur. There are many directors who have made films against the backdrop of caste discrimination. In this generation, all the films of Pa. Ranjith are going on like this. It was he who introduced Mari Selva Raju. 

Mamannan is a film made by Selvaraj following the path of Guru. It came into Telugu with the name Nayaka. Along with a thought-provoking story, Nayaka also has a commercial touch to keep the audience interested. Heroism can also be seen. Those scenes are emotionally connected. There is a great message. Tamil nativity is high. The film is worth watching once, it seems.

Vadivelu Ananga is a good comedian we remember. His comedy in many Tamil translated films including Chandramukhi is amazing. He came out of his comedy image and his performance is mind blowing. From the very first scene, the audience will fall in love with the character. On the other hand, having a strong actor like Fahadh Faasil is another plus point for Nayaka film. 

Both of them anchored the film with their respective performances. It’s a bit awkward to see a hero with less expression like Udaya Stalin between the two brilliant performers. Earlier when he acted in the movie OK OK, it was a comedy film so Nidhi’s action was enough. Udayini, who became a rebel in relation to the pain she suffered, could have played a milder role that would have been elevated. He couldn’t pretend to have a facial expression, to show the pain and conflict in his heart. If Fahadh is trying to raise the level of the movie, Udaya Nidhi seems to be dragging him down.

Mari Selvaraj has shown the caste discrimination, arrogance of the upper castes and inequalities very well in this film. If not, it is hard to believe that the conditions shown in the movie still exist in Tamil Nadu. Is it still that intense? There is a doubt that. The Telugu audience may not be able to experience the things shown in it. 

But anyone who sees the scene of backward caste boys jumping into the well of the temple spoiling the water and throwing stones at them and taking their lives must be moved. Despite being an MLA, Mari Selvaraj has shown his talent in tying the story to the original story of the film, but standing in front of the upper castes. Even though he is the son of an MLA, things like raising pigs for the hero seemed very new. 

The episode leading up to the turning point is the highlight of the episode. But the second half does not progress as per the leader’s expectations. The routine screenplay goes on as the hero overcomes the hurdles faced by the villain by his father. The film, which is realistic from the beginning, feels a bit dramatic towards the end. 

The hero’s father giving a speech and getting the position is very normal. Seeing the way the story has been handled up to a point, we think how much better the climax will be. But nothing like that happens. But the feeling of watching a meaningful and different movie is felt.

Nayakudu Movie Actors Performance:

The angle we have seen Vadivelu till now is different. In this film we will see his performance from a different angle. He played his role brilliantly. This movie proves how great his acting is. Vadivelu, who is in a hurry to do comedy characters, has done a great job in this film. His performance will be remembered for a long time. Fahad leaves a strong impression in the first scene itself. Udayanidi Stalin’s performance is average. The director did not understand why he was chosen. Keerthy Suresh’s performance is average. Lal is impressive in the role of Chief Minister.

Nayakudu Movie Technical category:

Nayyak is different compared to AR Rahman’s movies. After Ponnayan Selvam’s film, he made his mark in this film. The background score is impressive. Rahman’s songs seemed to be unremarkable. Theni Sekhar Chaya Grahanam is good. Build values are good. Mari Selvaraj has made a movie that is intense in his style. But a little commercial touch has become too much. The talent of the director is evident in some scenes of the movie.

In a word, Nayaka film is interesting and thought-provoking.

Recently, the movie ‘Baby’ has impressed the youth with its trailer and songs. Starring Anand Deverakonda, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, and Viraj Ashwin, the pre-release expectations were not in the usual range. Sai Rajesh, the producer of Color Photo, turned director through this film, while SKN acted as the producer. 

This film, which was made as a triangular love story, was released worldwide today. This movie got a good response through premiere shows in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on the night before its release, let’s see what kind of response it got from the familiar audience today in this review.

Baby Movie Story:

Vaishnavi (Vaishnavi Chaitanya) and Anand (Anand Devarakonda) belong to a slum area. They have been in love since their school days. But due to some circumstances, Anand could not study the above studies and settled down as an auto driver. But Vaishnavi joins the college.

The entire first half has excellent taking and dialogues that the youth audience will enjoy in a range of theatres. Especially the interval episode can be said to be the highlight of the entire first half.

And the second half seemed a little less compared to the first half, many scenes seemed a little stretched. The pre-climax has also been stretched but the film has content so the audience will be well connected to the second half. Vijay Bulganin’s music is like the life of this film. Actually, the songs are the reason why this movie got so much hype before its release. 

They look great on the silver screen too. The background music is also a way that makes the audience feel good in the key scenes. Overall, no one could have imagined that Sai Rajesh, who directed a movie like ‘Kobbari Matta’, has the talent to pull off such a deep love story. In terms of box office, this film can be a big blockbuster.
