As can be seen from the plot hints released online in recent months, at the center of Knives Out 2 there is in fact the bizarre request of a billionaire, who reunites some of his old friends in Greece to solve a murder for fun. During the game, however, one of them will actually be murdered.

who came to Greece with her assistant Peg (Jessica Henwick); Dave Bautista is the Youtuber Duke Cody, helped in his work by his young girlfriend (Madelyn Cline); finally Janelle Monáe is Cassandra “Andi” Brand, a technology entrepreneur.

Black Adam – the final trailer reveals the iconic villain and the return of an anticipated character

Black Adam

Black Adam tells the origins of the DC anti-hero, played by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Black Adam is – at the moment – the only DC cinecomic scheduled for 2022. Amidst problems related to post-production and legal troubles for the performers, Warner Bros. was in fact forced to modify a large part of the DCEU release list. The fate of the comic-based Universe is therefore on the shoulders of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. After numerous leaks, photos, and official trailers, the film shows itself in the latest, spectacular trailer, which portrays the hero in serious danger and anticipates numerous and unpredictable implications of the plot.

Black Adam: the – many – previews contained in the final trailer

Black Adam, directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, will be available in cinemas from 21 October 2022 and will tell the story of a character little known to the general public. The film will therefore be configured as an origin story, of which you have a first glimpse in the trailer. In fact, the movie opens with a voiceover that explains the origin of the anti-hero’s powers, born from the anger of having lost his son – sacrificed himself to save his life – and therefore considered more a curse than a gift.

The trailer then shows, for the first time, the return of Amanda Waller, played – as happened in Suicide Squad and in the James Gunn reboot – by Viola Davis. Waller appears, in this version, to be very closely linked to the Justice Society of America – a group of superheroes from Golden Age DC – who will appear alongside Black Adam.

In the film, to lend body and voice to the members of the team are Pierce Brosnan – Doctor Fate -, Aldis Hodge – Hawkman -, Noah Centineo – Atom Smasher -, Quintessa Swindell – Cyclone. But the surprises don’t end there. In fact, the clip ends with a shot showing the cinecomic villain, the fearsome and demonic Sabbac, shot only from behind, while facing Hawkman. To find out more about Waller’s role and Sabbac’s appearance, all that remains is to wait until 21 October.

Knock at the Cabin – plot, trailer, and cast of the horror by M. Night Shyamalan

At the moment little is known about the plot of Knock at the Cabin, but judging by the first images of the trailer and the first comments leaked online, the film would be part of the “home invasion” horror genre. M. Night Shyamalan revealed that the film is the script he wrote in the least amount of time and that the final draft was just a hundred pages long. According to some sources, the atmosphere of Knock at the Cabin is reminiscent of another director’s masterpiece, The Visit.

At the center of the story is a gay couple, formed by Eric and Andrew, happily married and parents of a 7-year-old girl, Wen. To lend body and voice to the two protagonists are respectively Ben Aldridge (Fleabag, Pennyworth) and Jonathan Groff – known to the general public for his role in the Netflix series Mindhunter and in Matrix Resurrections.

Interpreting the four psychopaths who besiege the hut of the couple – lost in the woods of New Hampshire – are instead Nikki Amuka-Bird (Old), Dave Bautista – Drax of the MCU, coming soon on Netflix in the sequel to Knives Out -, Rupert Grint – Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter saga, formerly directed by Shyamalan in the Apple Servant series -, and Abby Quinn. The director returns to the cinema after the success of Old, which hit the box office all over the world in the summer of 2021, while not totally convincing critics and audiences.

The Rings of Power Movierulz

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power star Morfydd Clark analyzes her Galadriel and her path to becoming the character we all know.

The awaited prequel series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power has finally landed on Amazon Prime Video, and has shown us characters very different from how we used to see them, starting with Galadriel. And now Morfydd Clark explains the creative path that led her to provide her interpretation of the famous character.

“I knew The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, but I had never really delved into The Simarillion,” Morfydd Clark told Variety. “I had no idea what he had done before. But there is a part where Tolkien describes Galadriel tying his hair into a braided crown on his head before going into battle, and I weighed in at that point ‘Wow, this opens up so many possibilities’ “.

“Then Tolkien changed his mind over time about Galadriel, which makes it even more interesting. I became obsessed with thoughts like ‘Why did Tolkien need to make Galadriel be exactly what he was at that point?’. And it is. as if he had fallen in love with her a little more, I think, as the years went on, so there is a certain fluidity in that character, “continued the actress.

But in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power we are given a rather different image of Galadriel than we were used to …

“I would say she earned her serenity hard. I don’t think she could have reached those levels of wisdom without going through everything she’s been through,” Clark comments. “She actually explains how wisdom goes hand in hand with a loss of innocence, which for me is a really good thing to rediscover. Why how young can you be when you are still thousands of years old? So I reflected on lost innocence. in that time frame “.

And again, he adds in conclusion: “The Elves in the Third Age have evolved considerably. The Elves in the First Age are really confusing, they deceive each other, they fight with each other … They are the history of Middle-earth, so they are in And it’s been really interesting for all of us who play canonical characters to be able to explore how they came to be the ones we’ve known so far. “

A condition that apparently, he shared with all the cast members, each unaware of their character until the last: “So I arrived in New Zealand not knowing who I was going to bring to the screen and looking back, it’s really crazy. everyone in the cast was like that. We all plunged headlong into this crazy venture, and we met there. And only upon my arrival did I find out who I was going to play, and there I had to recalibrate for a moment because I couldn’t believe it! “.

And now The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is one of the most masterful productions ever, with a very high budget and more than 50 or so scheduled episodes.

Still, Clark explains that it’s not something you usually focus on when auditioning: “When you’re auditioning for productions like this, you never think you’re going to get the role, so you don’t start counting [ how many episodes will possibly be, etc.]. I personally refuse to allow myself to imagine these things, to daydream, ahead of time. Otherwise, you form a strong attachment to everything you audition for. “

“I think I’m still trying to get used to all of this and what it means. The next few weeks are going to be very important for that, but it’s also a relief. You realize these things for people to enjoy. And it was time for that too. But it was also a relief. I think I’ll spend another time trying to acclimate to everything “concludes the actress.
