She-Hulk: Episode 8:- She is Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) versus Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) in the penultimate episode of Marvel’s She-Hulk. After the revelation that would-be fiancé Josh stole Jen’s gamma-rayed blood for the intelligence leader, the superheroine’s lawyer deals with a new case: Eugene Patilio (Brandon Stanley), aka Leap Frog. But when a conflict of interest is revealed involving his super suit tailor Luke Jacobson (Griffin Matthews), there’s an even bigger conflict of interest involving Hell’s Kitchen’s horn-headed hero: the vigilante. Daredevil.
On behalf of the Los Angeles-based law firm GLK & H, Jen represents Eugene / Leap Frog when the latter brings a lawsuit against Jacobson for manufacturing defect, negligence, strict liability, and breach of warranty following the malfunction of her custom frog suit. Jacobson hires New York attorney Matt Murdock, who asks the court to reject the request to produce the defendant’s client list as not relevant to the case. (And Matt, being one of Jacobson’s superhero clients, most of all wants to defend himself against this invasion of privacy.)
“The very nature of Mr. Jacobson’s work, which produces clothes exclusively for superheroes, requires anonymity. I remind you that the Sokovia agreements have been repealed, “said the blind lawyer in court. “We are not talking about celebrities, but about superheroes who have enemies who will try to harm them and those close to them. Those who have not asked to be part of this life ”.

And he concludes: “If this information is not protected, it would not only ruin my client’s career, but could endanger many people, and all due to the improper use of a suit by a man”.
Over a drink at the Legal Ease bar, Jen asks Matt why a New York lawyer flew to Los Angeles for a liability case. “Luke Jacobson made me a couple of new suits, so I owed him one,” explains Matt, secretly referring to his new red and yellow Daredevil suit.
